Ways out of the mechatronics jungle
The experience of the automotive manufacuters during the development of Embedded Software is comcentrated within the standard “Automotive Spice”. The standard enables to consistently evaluate and optimise the development process for the suppliers of those control systems. The coverage of some requirements from Automotive Spice towards process quality can be supported by PDM/PLM systems.
