CONTACT wins new aerospace industry customer
Product Lifecycle Management based on CIM DATABASE
Bremen, 25th April 2007 – One of the worldwide leading manufactures of aircraft seating will implement CIM DATABASE as its strategic platform for product lifecycle management (PLM). This decision is based on an in-depth analysis und evaluation of eligible PLM providers, carried out by independent CIMPA GmbH.
The Airbus subsidiary is specialised on PLM services, which include strategic advice and consulting for manufacturing industries as well as support in selecting and implementing IT solutions. "During the benchmark CIM DATABASE convinced through its broad application portfolio and its flexibility in order to match our customers’ requirements" says Ralf Kittel, CIMPA's responsible account manager. "Furthermore CONTACT Software demonstrated high technical and conceptual competence, and therefore put itself forward for this far-reaching PLM project."
